For employers and benefits teams

Support the caregiver on your payroll.

medwallet is a private family health app you can offer as a benefit. It keeps records, medications and appointments together for the whole household, with an assistant that keeps track so your employee does not have to.

An employee at a desk taking a call about a parent’s appointment.

The gap

The employees quietly doing a second job.

Caregiving does not arrive as one dramatic event you can route to a crisis line. It arrives as a standing weekly load, and it lands on the people you most rely on.

Where it fits

The layer your benefits stack is missing.

It works between the appointments

Your virtual care line and your assistance programme handle the moment. The rest of the year is refills, results, forms and follow ups. That is where medwallet lives, and nothing has to come out of the plan to make room.

It covers the whole household

One employee, one account, every person they care for: children, a partner, an ageing parent. Each gets their own profile, and your employee decides who can see what.

It does the chasing

medy reads what arrives, files it against the right person, and flags what is coming up. Your employee stops being the filing system for four people. In English or in French, whichever they write in.

In the employee’s hands

What your people actually get.

The same product a family would buy for themselves. Nothing is stripped out or watered down for a benefits version.

Family health management

Records, appointments and medications for everyone they care for, parents, kids and themselves, in one secure profile they control.

Smart scheduling

The assistant suggests appointment times that fit the calendar and the health need, then reminds everyone so nothing slips.

AI health insights

medy turns records into simple summaries, spots patterns like repeat prescriptions, and answers health questions in plain language.

Medication management

Refill reminders, dosing schedules and interaction warnings for the whole household, so the right dose reaches the right person.

Emergency access

Allergies, conditions and critical information ready in a tap, for them and, when it matters, for the responders helping someone they love.

Insurance made simple

Cards, claims and coverage in one place, with a flag on benefits they have not used before those expire.

Privacy

You sponsor it. You never see inside it.

Employers are not a party to their employees’ health information, and the product has no path that would let them be.

No health information reaches you

No diagnoses, no medications, no appointments, nothing clinical with a name attached. There is no employer view of an employee’s records, because there is no employer account that could hold one.

Data stays in the employee’s region

Canadian data stays in Canada under PIPEDA, PHIPA and Quebec’s Law 25. US data stays in the US under HIPAA.

Encrypted, and scoped to the household

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped so only the employee’s own household can reach their records.

Never sold, never used to train

Health information is never sold or rented, and nothing about it is used to train models. Analytics stays off until the employee opts in.

They can leave with everything

Export the full record set at any time, and delete the account and the records for good. The benefit ending does not take their family’s health history with it.

Questions benefits teams ask.

Will we see our employees’ health information?

No. There is no employer view of an employee’s records and no employer account that could hold one. Health information stays inside the employee’s household.

Is it available in French?

Yes. medwallet is fully bilingual, English and French, including the assistant, which answers in the language you write to it.

Where is the data stored?

In the employee’s own region. Canadian data stays in Canada under PIPEDA, PHIPA and Quebec’s Law 25. US data stays in the US under HIPAA.

Can employees add family members who are not on our plan?

Yes. A household is whoever the employee cares for, not whoever your plan covers.

What happens to someone’s records if they leave the company?

They are theirs, and they keep them. Every account can export its full record set at any time, or delete the account and the records for good. Nothing about a family’s health history is tied to their employer.
