For brokers and benefits consultants

Your clients are paying for caregiving already. Nothing in the plan touches it.

medwallet is a private family health app for the caregiving your clients' plans do not reach: the records, medications and appointments an employee is managing for their parents, their partner and their children.

Two professionals mid conversation across a meeting table.

Why it places

What it gives your clients.

It answers a problem they already have

Their people are already doing this work, on their own time and usually badly, because nothing in the plan was built for it. This is the everyday organising between visits: records, refills, results and appointments, for a whole household at once.

It does the chasing

medy reads what arrives, files it against the right person, and flags what is coming up. The member stops being the filing system for their whole household. In English or in French, whichever they write in.

It adds to the plan

It sits alongside the drug plan, the virtual care benefit and the assistance programme, and covers the year between the moments those are built for.

The case you can make

It shows up as absence, not as a claim.

Caregiving shows up in absence, in reduced hours and in the quiet departures your clients cannot explain. It is already on their books; it just has no line item.

What lands with the member

One private place for the whole household.

Records, medications, appointments and insurance cards for everyone an employee cares for, with an assistant that reads what comes in, files it, and flags what is due. In English or in French.

A kitchen table in morning light with a small stack of unopened mail, a pen and a set of keys.

The privacy answer

What your clients get to promise their people.

No health information reaches you

No diagnoses, no medications, no appointments, nothing clinical with a name attached. There is no employer view of an employee’s records, because there is no employer account that could hold one.

Data stays in the employee’s region

Canadian data stays in Canada under PIPEDA, PHIPA and Quebec’s Law 25. US data stays in the US under HIPAA.

Analytics stays off until they opt in

Nothing is tracked before an explicit yes, and health information is never sold, rented or used to train models.

Questions brokers ask.

What is it, exactly?

A private family health app. It keeps records, medications, appointments and insurance cards together for everyone in a household, with an assistant that reads what comes in, files it and flags what is due.

Does it work in French?

Yes. French runs through the whole product including the assistant, and Quebec's Law 25 is designed into how the data is handled.

How does it fit with what my client already has?

It covers the year between the moments the rest of the plan is built for. The drug plan, virtual care and the assistance programme all stay exactly as they are.

Put it in front of one client.

We will walk you through the product and how the data is handled, so you can carry both into the room without us.
